Angular Developer for Bitbucket Pipeline Help

We have a Develop-new, (dev1), Staging (pre-prod), and Main (prod) environments. Pushing to develop-new, and main branches, the Angular frontend is fine. The Angular frontend when pushing to staging branch just spins and spins. We have a Console error like the attached.

So I require a developer to check the build and files to see why it will not load.
