Angular UI Dashboard

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an Angular UI Dashboard with the following requirements:

Features:
- When i click on Arrows the Robitic ARM it must work accordingly.
- Slider must be responsive.
- Real-time updates

Design:
- The client has a specific design in mind for the dashboard

Interactivity:
- The client expects simple interaction, such as clicking to get detailed data

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Angular
