Angular 12 Background Geolocation API Implementation

We need to implement a background geolocation functionality into an Angular 12 project. The developer is free to use any API available to deliver this project including https://github.com/NativeScript/nativescript-geolocation/tree/e125998c07ced42a215aca1a8feac1b7dbe7b6d6

We cannot share our project so the developer has to create a new project using our config below. On successfully delivering a working prototype, the developer will need to assist us remotely to transfer the code on our project. The web app needs to be able to read geolocation when the browser is minimized (in the background).
