Angular App Freezing - 3 tiered component with subscribe to service issue

I created a 3-tired component subscribing to a custom service to pass information from one part of the component to the next. It works sometimes, but other times if freezes the app causing CPU spike.

I believe that I am destroying the subscription to the service properly and have not been able to find the source of the issue.

I am looking for an advanced and skilled Angular developer to look over my code and fix the problem on an hourly basis.

Assuming you are able to solve the issue, I will want to stay in contact for future problems/issues.

2. Have you created complex components with subscriptions and services in the past?

Essentially, when I click here to open Dialog with RichTextEditor, it will sometimes (sporadically) freeze.

And I have no idea why.

But if I remove the editor control on the HTML page, then it will always show.

By freeze, I mean the UI will not work and I have to shut down the browser.

But it is sporadic. Often works, but then just quits.
