Angular & ASP.NET Portfolio Website Creation

I am looking for an experienced Angular and ASP.NET developer to create a portfolio website that showcases my client's previous works.
Key Project Requirements:
- The main purpose of the website is to showcase the client's previous works. Therefore, the design should be clean and optimized for images and media.
- The backend should be developed in ASP.NET MVC. Hence, I expect the developer to have a strong proficiency and experience in this technology.
- The website must be fully responsive. It should adjust seamlessly to different screen sizes, ensuring a pleasant user experience across various devices.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Angular for the front-end development of the website
- Strong experience in ASP.NET MVC for the backend
- Previous experience with portfolio website design is a plus
- Good understanding of responsive design principles to ensure the website looks great on all devices
