Advanced Node.js Developer for Zendesk-Azure Integration

I am looking for an advanced Node.js developer to create an integration app between Zendesk and Azure DevOps. This project requires high level knowledge and experience as it involves backend development and API integration.
The aim is to build an app comparable to [this one](https://github.com/Microsoft/vsts-zendesk-app), with some special customizations, details of which I will provide to successful applicants.
Specifically,
* The developed application should pre-populate Azure DevOps work item fields.
* Functionality to automatically close the associated Zendesk ticket when an Azure DevOps work item is closed.
* The app should have a branded user interface.
Ideal Candidate:
* Advanced level proficiency in Node.js.
* Prior experience with Zendesk and Azure DevOps API integration.
* Strong understanding of back-end development.
* Good communication skills to understand and implement specific requirements.
