Add images to a footer of a Angular website

We are a digital agency, but we don't have anyone on the team right now who programs in Angular, and we need to do who things:
- add 3 little images to the footer of the website images (attached here)
- Add the text "Chamada para a rede fixa nacional" after the phone number on the contact page
