ASP.NET + Angular + Azure expert need

I am in need of an ASP.NET developer with expertise in AngularJS and experience working with existing Azure infrastructure.
I have a project that using ASP.NET for backend, AngularJS for frontend, and Azure Cosmos DB for DB
Project working well on local, but not working on Azure App Service
