Project Overview
● Project Name: Aorbo Treks Portal & Mobile Application

● Objective: Technical assistance for comprehensive flow testing, bug fixing, critical API
integration, financial logic stabilization, and setting up an automated server hosting
environment.
Scope of Work
A. Admin Portal Flow (Web)
● Overall Control Testing: Testing the master dashboard for total user management,
system settings, and analytics.
● Approval Framework: Verifying the approval panel where admin reviews and
approves/rejects trek listings submitted by vendors.
● Financial Oversight: Auditing the panel for settlement reports, platform fees tracking,
and manual/automated refund triggers.
B. Vendor Portal Flow (Web)
● Onboarding & KYC: Testing the vendor onboarding flow, document uploads, and profile
verification status.
● Trek Management: Verifying the complete lifecycle of creating, editing, updating pricing,
adding itineraries, and deleting a trek listing before it goes to Admin for approval.
● Booking & Inventory Management: Testing how vendors see incoming bookings,
manage slots capacity, and view their balance/payout logs.
C. Mobile Application Testing & Bug Fixing
The selected vendor/developer will review the existing Flutter mobile application (Android &
iOS) to identify and address system issues. Bug resolution will be split into two categorie
● Major Bugs (Vendor Responsibility): The vendor must identify, trace, and completely
fix all critical bugs impacting core user flows.
● Minor Bugs (Client Information): The vendor is required to log and document minor
cosmetic or UI issues and share them with our in-house team for internal resolution.
2. Core API Integrations & Financial Logic
A. 2-Factor SMS Gateway API
● Authentication Security: Seamless integration of the SMS gateway for secure user
registration, login via OTP, and protection against authentication fraud.
● Transaction Alerts: Automate triggered SMS notifications immediately upon successful
booking or transaction status changes.
● Procurement Assistance: The vendor must assist in selecting, purchasing, and
configuring the most reliable and cost-effective SMS gateway provider.
B. Razorpay Payment Gateway Integration
● Complete Payment Workflow: End-to-end integration handling the complete checkout
flow, payment cycles, transaction verification, and webhooks.
● Refund System: Implementation of backend business logic to handle partial and full
refunds seamlessly via the Razorpay API based on cancellation policies.
● Security & Data Integrity: Ensuring idempotent transactions (preventing
double-charging) and server-side verification of payment signatures to maintain accurate
financial ledgers.
3. Business Logic Corrections & Stabilization
● Review and audit the existing application architecture (Flutter frontend connected to
Node.js / MySQL backend).
● Identify and correct gaps in data validation, session management, or booking logic to
achieve a production-ready, highly stable product.
4. Server Hosting & CI/CD Implementation
● Server Deployment: Configure and host the production-ready Node.js backend and
MySQL database on a secure, scalable cloud server.
● Process Management: Implement a process manager (e.g., PM2) to ensure high
availability, automatic crash restarts, and zero-downtime performance.
● Jenkins Automation: Set up a clean CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous
Deployment) pipeline using Jenkins on the server to automate code pulling, building, and
deployment for future updates.
Deliverables Expected from the Vendor
1. Complete source code with major bug fixes applied and verified.
2. Fully functioning payment and SMS gateway workflows on live staging/production
environments.
3. Automated deployment setup running seamlessly via Jenkins.
