Comprehensive School Management System Development

I am in need of a skilled and experienced Angular + Cordova developer to create a comprehensive school management system that includes both a web application and mobile apps for iOS and Android platforms. The primary objective of this project is to streamline administrative tasks within the school.

I have a competitor's app that similar we have to follow to develop. I will share that with selected candidate.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing comprehensive school management systems
- Proficiency in developing cross platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android
- Strong understanding of streamlining administrative workflows within educational institutions
- Ability to create a user-friendly interface for teachers, students, and parents
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand the specific needs of educational institutions.
NOTE: I have ready most of the HTML CSS static pages, developer has to create Angular project to create different components using the same HTML CSS. There are 80+ pages in the target app, 17 pages are ready in HTML and rest of the pages has to copy paste from existing. Work is simple CRUD system to make dynamic forms and listings.
