wordpress android app

I want to create an android app with a simple sidebar with menu items I provide, a header with my site's logo, a footer. The home page should have a search box and below it 5-5 articles per category. When we click any title, it opens the content (fetched using rest api of wordpress) and shows the content (without any other codes added by our plugins to the content, as described in medium article). And ads (one sticky bottom, one before content and 1-2 between content). Exactly like this
