web based receipt and invoice scanner with categorization

I want to create a web based solution that works like this app.

The solution must be able to be used web-based, Android and Ios.

The purpose is to be able to scan the receipt directly in the app as "mrreceipt" and categorize the receipts.
the "app" must recognize things on the receipt such as date, amount, etc. and enter this yourself as best it can.
It must be possible to write a note that is placed on the receipt image with transparent text so that the original text on the receipt can be seen through.

All receipts must be sent in a separate email.

It must be possible to mark the receipt / invoice with the fact that it has been processed.

It must be possible to have more users and you must be assigned a username and password to be able to log in.
