web app magic calculator

I am looking for a skilled developer team who can create a web app magic calculator that performs custom calculations based on specific formulas or algorithms. The app should be compatible with both iOS and Android platforms and run from a URL, but look like it is a genuine app.
The process will be:
1. Go to the URL which detects the type of phone being used and automatically opens a calculator that looks correct for the device.
2. The calculator is our web app but runs full screen without the URL showing, so it looks like the local calculator app
3. Various sums are performed (they are totally random)
4. When I click a button on my phone, the next time = is pressed on the phone running the web app, a specific number is displayed as the result of the calculation. This is not the real result, but a predefined value.
5. On exiting the web app it goes to the home screen and deletes itself from the browser history.
