I want to resolve Meta Audience Network User-generated content block in my Android App

I have a app with user generated content that means user can create post, like and comments. I want to add Meta Audience Network ads in my app. But i didn't get approval form Meta. I get this mail from Meta

"User-Generated Content: Don't integrate or display ads in apps that consist primarily of user-generated content, without our prior written permission."

If you can solve this issue Please contant me. I also want some advice about Admob and FAN
