I want a like winzo, Mpl & Etc...

I'm looking for someone who can create an app for me that's like Winzo, MPL, etc that can be used on the Android platform. The app should include a gaming feature, as well as in-app purchases. I need the app to be designed carefully in order to engage users and keep them engaged for the long haul. The app should also be easy to use and user friendly. I'm looking for someone highly skilled in designing and developing mobile apps, and familiar with the Android platform.
