i want an android and ios application that would hold a trivia contest with ad adaptability

we want the app to be designed in a clean manner, the purpose of the app is to encourage local doctors to increase their knowledge and reward a winner from sponsorships from companies, as they would be able to play an ad before the contest begins (video or picture) 30 seconds or so, that would attract many doctors and premed students. the questions would be multiple choice and we want it to be add new questions and pick a set of questions in an orderly fashion, we want the users to be able to sign in with their phone and write their name, and we want to be able to set a timer for the questions and specify at what time it would be held through a control panel that would show us the winner and we would contact them
