using ini file / windows registry to access DLL files - Xamarin

we have multiple DLL files that need to be accessed in the runtime by an application using the ini file method and the windows registry method. we also want to see how we can acheive this on android apps when they are built on xamarin cross platform.
Candidate with good experience in using DLL files in runtime and having excellent working knowledge on xamarin can apply for this job.
