transport management system

I am looking for a talented freelancer to create a transport management system for me. My project requires a system that will incorporate several features such as fleet management, route optimization, and tracking and tracing capabilities. I currently have existing systems and software that need to be integrated with the transport management system. It is preferred that this integration be done as quickly and efficiently as possible.
