It is required to create a system for a courier company.
The system will consist of a website, mobile applications for android and iOS and a common database.
The site should have a side for the client company and a side for employees of the company itself.
Mobile apps should also have a customer side and an employee side. Which side to show to the user will be determined based on the data for authorization.
The system should provide authorization for different groups of people. Office employees, couriers, company employees (within the profiles of the companies themselves)
Requirements for mobile applications:
Ability to recognize QR codes.
Send location data
Ability to connect SIP telephony.
Site requirements:
The client side should be able to accept applications from customers, suggest addresses during the introduction, show delivery status for customers, be able to track orders on a map, show statistics on request
The side for the company itself should show applications, the possibility of sorting by urgency (which will be indicated in the application from clients), the possibility of assigning an executor for the order, when applications are received, show the nearest couriers who can accept the order)
