submitting new source code to old app in google playstore

*need to do through anydesk due to security reason*
we have old android games app in our google play store developer console which is recently disabled by google due to policy
we dont have source code of old app but we have keystore file of old app
so we want to push new code developed by us to playstore in the old app and submit the polices to get app published
required:
1.need to push new code into old app from our developer account
2.update policy we can provide what data we are using
3.have to take care till app gets approved from google playstore
4.change existing app name
