A social hitch-hiking app

Idea
-------
An android-ios app to connect those who are okay with giving lifts in their vehicle and those who want to take lifts.

UI flow
---------
- Open the app, either sign in or register.
- Details required for registration
- Name, Phone number, Profile picture, Gender, and a short bio
- Driving license, Vehicle number (for those who want to give lifts)
- [optional] Vaccination certificates
- Once logged in, the user can trigger either of these flows
- Enable "looking for hitch-hikers" mode, and specify the number of vacant seats
- Press "find rides near me" to find those looking for hitch-hikers
- For all the users who have "looking for hitch-hikers" mode enabled, their location is sent to the backend every 30 seconds.
- For anyone who clicks on "find rides near me", his location is sent to the backend which returns in response to the fleet available near him who have "looking for hitch-hikers" mode enabled. These results are shown to the user, and the user can initiate a chat with the people corresponding to these results.

Considerations
-------------------------
- You can assume that the backend is taken care of.
- The "looking for hitch-hikers" mode location tracking needs to happen in the background as well.
- The UI can be crude but UX needs to be well thought through.
