I'm looking to make a game (online virtual city), similar to Sim city. where player creates his/her character and move through different buildings in the city. each building has its own purpose, player can upload photos, videos, watch others videos, contact with other players, send gifts, use real money and use the virtual city money.
can steam live videos and live sound.
