security app

Looking for a development team to help create a security application that will assist a personal security team look after their clients and manage the security teams

The app will need to have the following three users:

Super admin

- View time sheets (hours worked by team)
- sign off on time sheets
- Send and receive messages
- a chat box that has all team members inside that allows the super admin to communicate


Teamworker
- add hours worked, view time sheet
- Receive gps data from clients
- Request video and audio evidence from client
- Add evidence to client tracker
- Send and recieve messages from client

Client

- send location
- secure messaging


The app will need a page that holds on the policies that the client and team worker can sign.

I will need IOS and Android - can be flutter
