QR scanner using the Android device camera and can detect and read a QR code

After that a URL, that I can set in a config-file, is called using internet connection
On lost internet-connection a toast message apears with the error
The URL is called with as a parameter the decoded content of the QR
The result of the called URL will be displayed. It will be one word like WELCOME, INVALID, ALREADY-IN. I will have the URL/PHP page in place.
