retrieving date from JSON file to android app and add ad networks to the app.

First of all, don't let this long message fool you. this is just a very descriptive message of easy retouches I want you to do on a pre-made app. I have a source code that contains AdColony, AdMob, and Facebook ad networks. All together can be edited through JSON file on a server without changing ad units from the source code. Also, the app contains facebook mediation with AdMob.
1fr: Requirements I need you to do for me:
- add 3 more ad networks to the project which are:
1. Tapdaq
2. MAX applovin
3. ironSource
2nd: Requirements I need you to do for me:
- I want Facebook to be a base mediator in case I want to use it for mediation with other ad networks like Max applovin, ironsource, admob, adcolony or tapdaq.
- I want Tapdaq to be a base mediator in case I want to use it for mediation with other ad networks like Max applovin, ironsource, admob, adcolony or facebook.
3th: Requirements I need you to do for me:
- edit the dimensions of the native ad that is on StartActivity according to the policies that are on this image (https://i.snipboard.io/RoFxGM.jpg)
- add "ad attribution and Ad choices" icons to the native ad according to the policies that are on this image (https://i.snipboard.io/RoFxGM.jpg)
- I need to add a native ad in between the title and description on each page.
4th: Requirements I need you to do for me:
- this project has a feature that I want to remove which is removing interstitial ads from back buttons (for example when I am trying to exit a page I don't want an interstitial ad to pop).
One thing I want you to keep in mind is I want to have full control to change ad units or maybe add ad units of a new account solely from the JSON file without updating the app from the console. That implies all the ad networks on this project.
Note: Since I am offering 100 USD and this is the first time working with you and I hope it lasts forever, there is one condition. The funds will be on hold for about a month. the deadline for releasing funds starts right away after you send me the finished project. I need a month to test the mediations and ad networks and thank you.
