react.js web based ISBN barcode scanner app

I need react.js web based code for scanning ISBN barcode using webcame or phone camera. I tried quagga but it is not scanning properly. I am looking for someone to find an existing react js library which can scan ISBN EAN barcodes and display the isbn in a <p> tag after scanning. Should be a very easy job if you can find the correct library in github. I like the Alfa ISBN Scanner on Android you can take inspiration like that. I am not looking for an android app, i am looking for a react js web app using live stream web cam to scan ISBN.
