react native android call state listener app

I am looking for a React Native developer to create an Android app that can detect and respond to incoming and outgoing calls. The app must be able to show a popup on top of the Android’s incoming call screen with the data I want. I have a design ready for the app, so the developer will need to follow it closely. The ideal candidate will have experience with React Native and Android development. No additional features are required, just the call state listener and pop up, and all functionality should work when the app in the background and foreground. like Truecaller functionality.
