On an existing APP we need to implement additional features. The APP is applied to Quality procedures .
Today we collect the failures of product starting by collecting the data relevant to the product first and associating the failure code and any information (picture or text) associated to the failure.
We need to increase the performances :
A) making easier the information to be sent to the supplier. An esier session of collection of data
B) producing a non conformity document
C) sending the document (PDF) to the specific supplier uploading and using a contact list (see anclosure) to generate emails or Whatsapp or skype messages till the supplier give a feedback by reading a QR code on its portable .
