push message of app not working

A while back the user BabysoftS created a app for us. Eacht time the push message was not working and he was telling us it was working for him. now months later it still not working he is telling me that i'm not here always to test. But i have three companies so not always time to reply fast. But this is no reason to not fix this issue!

Looking now for a new company/person who can fix this problem permanent for us. And who we can do more business with expanding the current app.
