re-publish app to google play store

I need someone to help me republish my app on the Google Play Store. The app has not been updated since its last publication, and I have all the required files and assets for publishing. However, I would like to make some minor changes before republishing.

Our existing app has removed, by google Play due to have violated Google Play Policy (according to play store). We are requested to provide valid login credentials (such as an active demo account), and any other resources needed to review your app (for example, QR code, etc.) via Google Play Console "App Access" section.

Our app can access using user ID and password. The user ID and password can be obtained by registering with our website (free of cost). Our app is subject to subscription.
