built for circular watch target however can implement for iphone (no 3rd party system level IME is permitted on apple watch), and is based primarily on gestures rather than a simple tap based keyboard. As such it is mostly programmatically implemented with Java rather than xml and involves a rather complicated UI. The implementation includes function gestures/auto suggest/user dictionary so is somewhat involved and it may be preferable to quote per hr with my limit being about $40 USD/hr. The project should be less than 100hrs work but probably more than 50hrs
