1 page mobile app

I have a website I wrote in ASP.NET
I would like to have a mobile app

The person enters a code (Airport identifier)
It calls a SQL stored procedure
It displays information

I have attached a screenshot (Just a draft) of what it might look like
Here is the website and how to use it.

www.metaraf.com
at the top enter some of these codes and hit enter
KDTO
KOSH
KADM
KGLE

I would like the app to run on android and IOS
I would like a paid version and an free version with ads.

I have NO idea how to do any of this but I can supply all of the VB.NET code for reference.
