I have assigned a project to a person who is working on optimizing the backend and the frontend for a website ..... he will leave the website running in responsive mode and with a rest API in PHP larabel 8 so that you can develop the Native apps for Android and IOS...

-design app structure for 3 user doctor-assistant-patient
-you can will use flutter, kotlin
-and leave the apps running and without errors in the applestore and playstore I already have accounts for that ... I pay the IOS fee to load that app in the store.
