notes app with google drive integration

Hello! I'm looking for a developer to create a notes app with advanced organizational features, that is accessible offline and keeps notes synced to Google Drive.
I want my notes app to include enhanced organizational features, such as labeling, folders, tagging or sub-folders, so that I can easily search, filter and organize my notes.
I also need my notes to be accessible offline, and will want the notes I write to be backed up and synced with my Google Drive.
I'm looking for a developer who is proficient in developing mobile (iOS and Android) applications with cloud integration. If you have experience in creating notes applications with advanced organizational capabilities, or have worked with the Google Drive API, I want to chat with you.
also the notes has to be arranged like google colab, in cells, and in each cell i can choose to copy the content of that cell in a specific document on google drive.
