I need someone to post my games on Google Play and do the app testing requirement

I need someone to post my games on Google Play and do the app testing requirement (20). I have a google paly developer account which I will give you access to. I will also give you the game file so you can post that together with chatgpt generated description, take screenshots, privacy policy and do everything else to list it. I will need you to either bypass or do the 20 app testing requirement and finally will release money once the app is listed on google play. It will take only few hours to do this so my budget is fixed.
