I need a simple iOS/ android app that links to was dynamoDb

I need a simple application that will allow someone to signup and login to their account where they can select from a five drop down menu different parameter choices. These choices will need to be saved to a customer table in DynamoDB. Also there will need to be a chart that will show data from another table from Dynamo.
