I need to publish my app on google play

Hi - I have an app ready for launch, and I am looking for help in publishing it on Google Play. This is a personal project, not related to any business, so I will not require a logo design for the app. Furthermore, I have not decided whether to monetise it or not yet, so this is not a part of the project either. I am looking for experienced developers who are comfortable with the Google Play Store submission process, and who can ensure that the final product meets all of the specifications.
