i need to one can do mobile app

I’m in need of someone who can develop a mobile application for me. My preference is for an Android platform, but I am open to exploring development for both iOS and Android if necessary. I'm not sure if the app will need a backend, so that must be taken into consideration. Additionally, I'd like there to be some special features and interfaces included in the application. So, I'm looking for an experienced mobile app developer who can handle all of these needs for the project. If you think you have the skills and expertise to complete this work, please let me know.
