I need a mobile shopping app

Hello i own a small product distribution company in Kuwait while staying in lebanon , i made an Instagram promoting these products @triangle_shopping , i want to make an application similar to any shopping application in two phases with the first one being only my products in the application with it only being open in kuwait for orders and delivery, so showcasing of products with ability to make limited time offers and special deals , phase two would open up to more companies that would require our approval for them to start posting with us taking a commission ofc from their sales .
I care about a very well done interface where it looks neat and classy and not hard on the eye , but not too minimalistic where it looks empty , for now i wanna ask about the price for such a project and the durations it might take
