We need a mobile app mostly to display webviews (on iOS, ipadOS and android) (we prefer native but are open to PWA too if you think it can be installed on ios, android and ipad easily and receive push notifications like native apps
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We already have a web app that works well in the browser and is mobile friendly but we now need that same app to work inside native mobile apps for ios, ipados and android.
One important aspect of the native apps will be to distribute push notifications received from firebase cloud messaging (FCM). Our web app will send the necessary push notifications to our fcm and your native apps will consume those notifications as most native apps do and show it to the relevant user.
The notification payload will also include the web-link to open as a webview when the user clicks on any notification. The native app must open the webview associated with the link sent in that notification.

We are open to PWA if you think it can be installed on ios, android and ipad easily and receive push notifications like native apps. If it is a PWA then it should be readily installed by users with the icon available on phone desktop. On opening the PWA the experience should be full screen and the web app should not be uninstalled by the OS unless the user chooses to uninstall it.
