I need a deep and machine learning expert for this one with android knowledge

I'm including features into my program that will allow customers to upload their Android APKs for analysis, whether or not they include malware. In order to assess the maliciousness of the APK, it is intended to develop an ensemble machine learning and deep learning using a neural network integration method. You can provide me two different algorithms, and I'll compare them and choose the best one to document. Two papers about the same topic are attached for your reference. I have datasets for the same as well. This is on an urgent basis and need this done ASAP.
