I need an android app developer

Hello, I want someone who can make an android app. The app is regarding "Whatsapp status downloader and deleted message shower." The app should be very small in size like 5 Mb or less. After one opens the tab, there should be two sections. One is to see the deleted messages and then after the left swipe, another section will open to download statuses. The interface should be like THE STatus section of WhatsApp. In WhatsApp when we click on someone's status we just see it. But, in the downloader app, there should be a download button at the bottom right corner after clicking on someone's name. That's what I need. There will be AdMob ad integration. There will be one banner ad at the bottom constantly. And, after a user downloads a status, there should be an Interstitial ad. You should stick to my requirements. Functional app, App submission, App icon(I can make it though), Splash screen, Ad network integration, and Include source code- these are all I want.
