I need a A PWA BUTTON from my web

I have a web page that does not care about aesthetics, but it has a file that is variables.php and within that file there are defined some values such as the name of the page, the name of the client and where the logo is located.
Now on that web page I am going to make a subfolder called /android
You will see that /android has an aesthetic similar to the Google Play Store and a green button.
