I need an Android App built in Unity 2D

I am in need of someone who can help with a Unity/Android app.
The situation is this:
- I run my own business and I use an app I have developed myself, to keep track of jobs I need to complete/have completed.
- The app connects to a Firebase Realtime Database and displays a list of customers/jobs that needs to be completed. In the app, you can mark jobs as complete or cancel them.
- The code is poorly optimized and will need to be completely rewritten or at least severely refactored.
- Then I would also like to have added a function to send text messages to some of the customers on the joblist:
- 1. Filter/show a list of all customers where bool CallFirst == true. Then check some or all of them to receive a text message
- 2. Filter/show a list of all customers where timestamp CompletionTime == TODAY. Then check some or all of them to receive a text message.

The video should tell you everything you need to know about the app.
I don't think that much of the current code is really usable, but the UI works and it actually works quite well. Think of the job as if you need to write the code from scratch to reach the functionality of the app as shown in the video + the text messaging system.
For your application to be considered, I need to know that you have watched the video and understand the job/assignment, so please write in your application a summary of what you understand the job to be, and provide an approximate quote for what you would charge for it.
