music play bar

I have an application created with android studio where you can listen to radio stations and music in mp3 from a link, everything works correctly but the playback bar does not move nor does the duration of the song appear and neither can the user go back or forward in the song.
What I want is to make that bar work.
In the event that someone can do that work for me, I would send him the code.
