a multiplatform app

I am looking for a freelancer to help me develop a multiplatform app that is compatible with both iOS and Android. The main purpose of this app is entertainment, however I do have some ideas that I would like to see included in the app. I am open to suggestions and guidance from the freelancer in order to ensure my app has all of the features I need.
