To modify the app(IOS and / or Android) to connect another MYSQL DB and various configuration to make sure it can run and publish to apple store and google pay

Help me to modify the app(IOS and / or Android) to connect another MYSQL DB and various configuration to make sure it can run and publish to apple store and google pay.
I prefer it is based on a fix time package (let's try 50 hours first) and if it is smooth, i will assign another fix time project. I also expect daily update on the progress , if the progress is not good, i reserve the right to pay the claimed hour spent or you can prove me you do spend those hours. .
pls bid based on 50 hours on above tasks. the app was published before and we have source code already. just need to change the db connection(we have db schema) and also some minor mondification e.g. adding banner area for the new verrsion, I also expect you work from Monday-Friday. IF you can work on Sat, that would be good and I will consider you more. Also, i expect you can work at least 8 working hours in week day.
THe apps is in English and Simplified Chinese and i don't think the lanuguage is a barrier for a well-trainned developer.
i will give you all source code, MYSQL SQL statment, etc. i think for the modifcation of the app, it is mainly on the connection to the new db. for MYSQL, i expect you create, set up and make the API for the app connection.
