mobile app development

I am looking for a developer to build a mobile app for iOS first. (If I am satisfied with the app then there is the possibility of a second project for an android version of the app).

I already have the design of the app and logo.

I value clean and efficient high quality code with error checking that is appropriately documented.


App to be completed/packaged such that it is ready to be uploaded onto the respective application store and help to do this please.

Background -
-Data entry app that allows users to add entries locally (offline) and then these are uploaded to an online server via a remote API.

Functions -
-PIN screen lock
-Data entry - store data locally in a database, search, manipulate data (edit/copy/delete)
-Upload data - send to remote server
-Download data - sync/receive data from remote server
-Settings page - username/password/updates/display
