mobile app development -- 2

I would like to develop a mobile application for ordering food delivered to delivery points according to predefined time slots.
The application should be able to adapt to the android and IOS environment.
It would be a Deliveroo or Frichti type application.
Would an application like Frichti be on your side? There should also be an administrator interface for order management.
