mobile app

It is a mobile phone app. It should be written in a way that it can be opened via browser, ios, and android. The app has two parts: 1) admin and 2) users. The frontend is described in two separated files and the backend should have two parts: 1) password/annonimized ID/avatar generator and 2) a very well-defined data structure. APIs of chat, connect to PayPal and etc. are required. Connecting to cloud to store data is a bonus.
